I apply my diverse background and varied skillset for clients in the hospitality and travel industry . Prior to the role at G&B, I served as a Banquet Sales Coordinator at the Hotel Baur au Lac in Zurich, Switzerland, managing the sales process prior to the events and supervise individual and personalized events while maintaining exceptional guest service.
I was part of the sales team at Juwelier Willer, an exclusive high-end jeweler with its own atelier, and this allowed me to deepen my appreciation for luxury products and improve my ability to connect with discerning clientele.
Before these experiences, I had operational roles including Restaurant Supervisor at Seminar und Eventzentrum Gut Thansen, Germany and at Schloss Elmau, where I developed my ability to effectively manage staff, control inventory, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
