As an avid traveller, my drive to discover unique places to stay led me to pursue my career in the hospitality and tourism industry. My focus lies on creating experiences for destinations and individual hotels alike and to create sustainable strategies and business models.
I have extensive experience in designing brand standards and respective implementation in the luxury hospitality industry and measuring their execution through mystery shopping. Equally, I have managed several strategic projects on a national level to drive Tourism in various countries in the Middle East.
I work with G&B on a freelance level and specialize in the definition of brand promises, the design of guest journeys, the creation and implementation of operational brand standards and ensuring of adherence through ongoing quality management
