The state function now has a high-quality banqueting facility and a world-class guest experience that suits the country´s tradition, customs, and standing in the world.
As part of a internationally renowned consulting consortia of hospitality and state banqueting experts, we had two roles.
On the one hand we coordinated the project and managed various workstreams including designing the vision and mission, facility & architectural upgrades, service and product improvements, and governance and training enhancements.
On the other hand our team gave subject matter input especially in the area of quality standard setting, quality assurance and governance including measurements of KPIs, employee training etc.
Our client now has the facilities, food, products, as well as the service quality which does this establishment justice and showcases the rich local traditions to invited international dignitaries.
To attract a larger share of the leisure market during the pandemic, we supported the owners of this small city hotel to re-position it and to adapt selected marketing and distribution processes to cater better to that market
To equip (future) hoteliers with up to date tools and knowledge to operate their property efficiently in changing times, we developed training curriculums and gave trainings and workshops to a variety of audiences.
